Overview

Transfering money is always a pain for every one.Peoples spend a lot of time in the queue for transfering money, paying the electricity bills, water bills etc.An unique solution for instant transfer of money is necessary .A solution in which peer to peer money transfer at one touch was the primary goal.The primary idea of this app was the outcome of EIAPPATHON ,a 24 hour banking hackathon held in Dubai.This was the first prize winning idea and i am happy to say that i was a part of the winning  team.A QR based peer to peer money transfer was the key point of the app.

Objectives 

• Deep learning about the current money transfering Systems.
• Deliver an unique solution that stand out.

Synthesis

I was very familiar with the pain points ,most of the users suffers.I always ask people about what they feel and what they think about their problems. Following this methodology helps me to find the key pain points in the system.

After deep understanding of the key points i made an empathy mapping of users and i have created an ideal persona of the users.

Conclusion

Every Design exercise is an opportunity to meet with new peoples and sharing design ideas.It is always a best experience for me to enhance my design thinking.
